First Optimal & Productive Dex Aggregator on Pulsechain.

Piteas serves as a dex aggregator that leverages the latest in swap technology. By integrating multiple DEXs, our platform provides users with access to the vast pools of the most widely used DeFi protocols, amounting to billions of dollars in liquidity. With our advanced routing algorithm, Piteas ensures the best price, lowest slippage, and highest returns for each transaction.

Leveraging our advanced routing algorithm, Piteas ensures optimal pricing, minimal slippage, and maximized returns for every transaction.

<figure><img src="/files/46dEVxJiYnGm0Au5J640" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Let's take a closer look at how Piteas operates:

1. User Request: A user wishing to make a trade submits a request to the Piteas platform for a specific token pair swap.
2. DEX Pools: Piteas scans and analyzes the liquidity available across the integrated DEX pools. Each DEX pool represents a different DeFi protocol where users can execute trades.
3. Optimal Routing: Using its advanced routing algorithm, Piteas determines the best swap route to fulfill the user's request. The algorithm intelligently routes the trade through the liquidity pools to achieve the best price, lowest slippage, and highest returns for the user.
4. Swap Execution: Based on the determined optimal swap route, Piteas executes the user's trade across multiple DEX pools. During this process, the user's specific token is swapped for the desired token.
5. Result and Confirmation: Piteas informs the user about the outcome of the completed swap transaction. The user receives the necessary confirmation to verify that the desired swap has been executed successfully.

The primary objective of Piteas is to enable users to access multiple DEXs from a single platform, maximizing liquidity utilization. Through Piteas, users can automatically identify the best swap routes, resulting in better prices, low slippage, and higher returns.

By facilitating efficient navigation among various protocols in the DeFi landscape, Piteas optimizes liquidity while delivering an enhanced trading experience for users.

# Dex Aggregator

<figure><img src="/files/46dEVxJiYnGm0Au5J640" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## What is a DEX Aggregator and How Does It Work?

A DEX aggregator is a valuable tool for purchasing cryptocurrencies in a decentralized manner while maintaining full custody of funds and anonymity. Unlike traditional centralized exchanges, DEXs allow users to trade crypto assets directly from their wallets. However, finding the best prices and lowest transaction costs can be challenging, especially with the constant emergence of new DEXs and varying liquidity levels.

This is where a DEX aggregator, like Piteas, comes into play. A DEX aggregator sources liquidity from multiple DEXs, offering users more favorable token swap rates than they would find on any single exchange. By leveraging multiple liquidity sources, DEX aggregators optimize swap fees, token prices, and minimize slippage, resulting in better rates for users.

For example, by splitting a swap deal across various DEXs, users can achieve a better overall price compared to a single exchange. The primary goal of a DEX aggregator is to provide users with superior swap rates, surpassing what individual DEXs can offer, and accomplishing this efficiently.

In addition to offering competitive rates, DEX aggregators aim to protect users from price impact and reduce the likelihood of failed transactions. By aggregating liquidity and optimizing the swap process, DEX aggregators deliver a seamless and secure trading experience.

DEXs are generally receptive to DEX aggregator integrations since they attract more users and trading volume. Recent data indicates that high-volume traders are increasingly utilizing DEX aggregators, while retail users still opt to access DEXs directly.

As a DEX aggregator, Piteas strives to optimize the trading experience by sourcing liquidity from various DEXs, ensuring users obtain the best swap rates, minimal slippage, and reduced transaction costs. By leveraging advanced algorithms, Piteas enhances price efficiency, protects users from adverse market conditions, and facilitates successful and efficient transactions.

# Revenue Model & Fees

### How does Piteas generate revenue?

Piteas aggregates liquidity from multiple DEXs, enabling you to swap at the best rate. The protocol assesses how much better our best offer is compared to the next best offer, ensuring we maintain our commitment to delivering the best price on the network, and charges a portion of the savings as protocol revenue. Our priority is the widespread adoption and usage of the protocol.

Our protocol’s revenue model has to follow two main lines: first, making sure the user gets a good quote, and second, ensuring the protocol earns its fair share. The golden rule is to never manipulate the quote sent through the API—the user always trades at the price shown in the interface or returned by the API. Protocol revenue is never added on top; it’s already included. In rare cases, on exotic routes or unusual transaction types, the protocol may generate unexpected revenue. But even then, it’s baked into the quote the user sees, and to avoid risky trades, the protocol caps that unexpected revenue to protect the user. On standard routes, it usually doesn’t charge a fee at all. One key point to know is that this fee model is dynamic and configured periodically. The fine balance is to both deliver the best quotes to users and generate revenue. With all that in mind, as of September 2025, across 2.8 million lifetime swaps, our protocol has charged an average fee of 0.12%.

To find the offer of other dex protocols, Piteas runs a secondary pathfinder internally and conducts a direct path search by disabling trade splitting features. This means it always gets an offer by utilizing the multi-hop feature, which is expected to result in an offer better than, at worst, the best offer from any individual dex.

The second revenue model is positive slippage. This represents the profit generated from the change in liquidity on the network until the swap transaction is confirmed, which positively affects the output amount.

### **Use of Revenue**

Tokens bought back are transferred to the **PTS Treasury Wallet** and will be used for burning model or other incentive mechanisms. For now, all buyback operations are fully managed by the team. However, in the future, the plan is to have these executed by AI agents in a non-periodic and unpredictable manner.

{% hint style="success" %}
At least 50% of protocol revenue is used/will be used as token utility.
{% endhint %}

<table><thead><tr><th width="291">Wallet</th><th>Address</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Revenue &#x26; Buyback Wallet</strong></td><td>0x31415995b2ffaDf05FE929fDB6a87FD18A2817dD</td></tr><tr><td><strong>PTS Treasury Wallet</strong></td><td>0x0101838F92c2e6cbE6C2Be716056A0a291f6824a</td></tr></tbody></table>

> *The revenue wallet here are managed by the Piteas team. They can be used for transferring funds externally due to the protocol's needs, making payments for expenses, providing funding for development stages, and can be used in various ways for token utility purposes.*

# Widget API

Piteas Widget API is a versatile tool that can be seamlessly integrated into your portal by configuring it to meet your specific needs. It designed to be open for everyone to use and integrate. You can easily integrate it into your portal by making the necessary configurations.

The interface allows users to buy and sell for ERC20 tokens. An iframe integration may be useful if your application provides services around these ERC20 tokens. (For example, users can buy PLS through a Piteas iframe on your site).

### iframe vs. custom UI

One benefit of an iframe integration is that the your site will automatically keep up with any improvements/additions to the site. After the initital integration is setup no further work is needed to pull in updates as the exchange site is updated over time.

# Piteas SDK/API

<figure><img src="/files/kl0hIKLJGVXqfDqh0ZcC" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Piteas has an offchain model for its dex aggregator. Unlike traditional aggregator models, it doesn't create routes through API calls; the entire process is managed offchain by pathfinder, which then provides the call data response to the UI.

It is open for access to Piteas' main app, widget app, and some partner protocols. We don't have our own RPC service; quote/request data is fetched entirely through native Pulsechain RPC using our algorithms. Therefore, the number of quote requests needs to be limited. So, if you're looking to run an arbitrage bot, Piteas API is not suitable for you at this stage. However, if you have a project or product and require API access, please provide us with the following information for consideration:

* Brief information about your product.
* Estimated number of API requests covering daily, hourly, and minute intervals.
* If it involves integration for a portal, the number of users.

You can send this request form via Telegram/Twitter to initiate the integration/negotiation process.

To execute the swap process, sending the **calldata** on **methodParameters** from the response data to the [**PiteasRouter** ](/contracts)is sufficient. Adjust the necessary value data and gas estimate settings according to your conditions. Please also take a look at the router contract because the arguments in the response are defined for the conditions in the contract.
{% endhint %}

#### API Limits

The SDK version is in the beta stage, so please avoid sending more than **10 requests per minute**. Exceeding this limit may result in your blockage and cause access issues for one hour. Limits will be adjusted after the beta version.

### **PTS Token**

PTS Token is the utility token of Piteas and represents voting rights in the upcoming governance model. It has an organic connection with the Piteas protocol and its revenue model, making it essential for the protocol's sustainable economy.

#### **Key Characteristics:**

* Fixed supply: The token has a fixed supply and cannot be minted, only burned.
* Deflationary model: The token's supply will continuously decrease based on the protocol's revenue.
* Fundamental for upcoming features: PTS Token serves as a cornerstone for various features that will be launched in the future, including Gasless trade, swap fee reduce, etc.

Here are some details about token allocations 👇

* **Protocol Treasury**: Allocated for Piteas' future plans and is decided not to be used without community approval. It can be used in later stages with community approval for purposes like expanding to different networks, sourcing liquidity, or similar processes.
* **Airdrop**: Allocated for individuals who contributed during the sacrifice process and distributed fairly. A small portion is reserved for potential airdrops to incentivize protocol usage in the future.
* **Liquidity Reserve**: Approximately 75% provided as liquidity during the token launch phase. The remaining assets are held in reserve for future liquidity provision stages.
* **Incentives and Rewards**: Used for rewarding liquidity providers and investors, supporting protocol partnerships, funding developments that help grow the ecosystem, grants, and other related purposes.
* **Team & Contributors**: Allocated for developers and salaried individuals who support the protocol's development.
* **Development & Marketing**: Allocated to cover expenses related to marketing Piteas and to support the majority of technological developments and expenses of the protocol.
* **Grants & Bounty**: Allocated for third-party applications and personal initiatives related to protocol security, development, and marketing.

*It is essential to transfer unused, idle, or tokens that have been deemed unnecessary for planning changes to the treasury.*

# Token Utility

The PTS Token, which will serve as the governance and utility token for Piteas, is designed to have limited supply and be resistant to manipulations.

#### What are the Token Utilities?

* **Buyback Progress:** Revenue generated by the protocol will be used for periodic buybacks from the market. The purchased tokens can be burned or used for the benefit of protocol users or the community.
* **Liquidity Provide:** Liquidity assets are of great importance for a token's strength, which is why we will use protocol revenue to provide liquidity and keep liquidity assets strong. The protocol generates revenue from various tokens, not just a fixed token. Therefore, the generated revenue can be in PTS, PLS, or any other tokens. Liquidity will be provided with PTS and the tokens obtained as a result of the revenue.
* **PTS Burning Model:** The treasury permanently removes tokens from supply by burning the ones it buys back from the market. This creates direct deflationary pressure on the token, making it more valuable. Unlike staking, where tokens can indirectly create sell pressure, here the treasury destroys them instead. That means as the protocol generates revenue, PTS continues to experience deflation. Development on the burn model is still ongoing. *<mark style="color:$primary;">(in progress)</mark>*
* **Governance:** DAO - Governance model will be established to ensure that all key decisions regarding Piteas are not centralized and token holders have the power to participate in important protocol decisions using PTS Tokens. *<mark style="color:$info;">(planned)</mark>*
* **Gasless Trade:** Gas fees for swap transactions on Piteas will be paid with PTS Tokens instead of PLS, creating a significant use case for the token. *<mark style="color:$info;">(planned)</mark>*
* **Swap Fee Reduction:** An on-chain algorithm calculates how much PTS you hold and for how long as like a reputation system, assigning a ratio to each wallet. This ratio gives you discounts on swap transactions—meaning you also indirectly share in the protocol’s revenue. *<mark style="color:$info;">(planned)</mark>*

{% hint style="success" %}
*At least 50% of protocol revenue is used/will be used as token utility.*
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/hAiCd4DEKlqLF4LvvUvb" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **Leaderboard Bonus Program 🎁**

After the completion of the Sacrifice phase, a bonus reward will be provided to the top 10 wallets listed on the leaderboard, in addition to their multiplier rate. The bonus percentages for the top-ranked wallets are as follows:

* The 1st ranked wallet will receive an additional 10% bonus.
* Wallets ranked 2nd to 5th will receive an additional 8% bonus.
* Wallets ranked 5th to 10th will receive an additional 5% bonus.<br>

#### Wallet Restrictions

It is important to make the sacrifice from a wallet where you have complete control of your private keys. Contributions made from centralized exchanges or wallets where you do not have direct access to your private keys will not be accepted.

#### Points Calculation

Sacrifice Points will be calculated based on the USD value at the time of the transaction. The points table will be updated frequently on Sacrifice Portal, reflecting the current status of each participant.

#### Final Stage

After the completion of the Piteas Sacrifice Round, there will be a one-week break to consolidate the contributions. A portion of the assets will be allocated to provide liquidity for the token's swap operations across multiple decentralized exchanges (DEX) protocols. Additionally, a portion of the assets will be held in the treasury for potential future listings on both centralized and decentralized exchanges.

***

*Please be aware that the Piteas Sacrifice Round is not intended as a profit-making endeavor, but rather a voluntary act of support for the protocol's principles. Sacrificers are voluntarily contributing without any expectations of financial gains or protocol revenue sharing. The primary goal is to support the Piteas ecosystem and demonstrate a commitment to its principles and values.*

*Please be aware that participating in the sacrifice round carries its own risks and implications. Ensure you fully understand the terms and conditions outlined by the Piteas team and seek professional advice if needed.*

# Bug Bounty

### Bounty Program <a href="#reporting" id="reporting"></a>

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Important Notice!**

Please note that we do *not* accept vulnerability claims based on common Web2 pentest findings such as XSS or DMARC issues. The bug bounty program is strictly focused on the Web3 side of the protocol. We frequently receive submissions based on generic "online pentest" scans — these will unfortunately be rejected.
{% endhint %}

We encourage the community to audit our open source code; we also encourage the responsible disclosure of any issues. The bug bounty program is intended to recognize the value of working with the community of independent security researchers and sets out our definition of good faith in the context of finding and reporting vulnerabilities, as well as what you can expect from us in return.

Piteas offers substantial rewards for discoveries that can prevent the loss of assets, the freezing of assets, or harm to users.

To be eligible a bounty, a bug must have not been previously known by the Piteas team or publicly disclosed by anyone. All Piteas smart contracts and interactions (including bots and front end code) are in scope.

The amount of compensation will vary depending on bug severity. Reward amounts typically correspond to severity in the following manner. The reward currency can be discussed on a case by case basis.

| Severity |                 Reward |
| -------- | ---------------------: |
| Medium   |                 $1,000 |
| High     |                $10,000 |
| Critical | 0-10% of funds at risk |

Severity is calculated according to the [OWASP](https://owasp.org/www-project-risk-assessment-framework/) risk rating model based on Impact and Likelihood.

<figure><img src="/files/xbgEwesHm6ayBoch1Xm1" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Submissions <a href="#submissions" id="submissions"></a>

Please DM your submissions on our social media channels or Telegram.

The submission must include clear and concise steps to reproduce the discovered vulnerability. The following layout of the bug bounty report is encouraged:

* Description: Describe at a high level the bug with links to problematic code
* Attack: Detailed instructions for exploiting the bug
* Mitigation: How to resolve the bug
* Suggested risk rating: The recommended severity of this bug

# Terms of Service

Updated: January 17, 2025

We are excited that you would like to use Piteas DAO, (“Piteas DAO”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Piteas Service, as defined in Section 1.1 below to exchange digital tokens (“Tokens”) on certain blockchains, including Pulsechain, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, and other blockchains. Please read these Terms of Use (these “Terms”) carefully as they govern your use of the Service.

By clicking on the “I agree” button or checking the acceptance box or signifying acceptance through any other means we make available to you:

1. You acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms, which incorporates by this reference, any other policies or guidelines posted on docs.piteas.io/policies/terms-of-service (the “site”, and such policies and guidelines collectively, the “additional policies”);
2. If you will be using the service on behalf of any entity or person other than yourself, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these terms, on behalf of such entity or other person, and to bind such entity or other person to these terms; and
3. You represent and warrant that your use (including, if applicable, your use on behalf of any entity or other person) of the service will not violate any applicable laws and you (including, if applicable, the entity or other person on whose behalf you will be using the service) complies with the conditions of use set forth in section 2 below.

If you do not agree to all of these terms or you do not have the necessary authority to accept these terms on behalf of the entity or other person with respect to whom you will be using the service, you should not accept these terms and you may not use the service. Any use of the service that does not comply with these terms is unauthorized and unlawful.

### 1. Service[](https://docs.odos.xyz/resources/policies/terms-of-use#1-service) <a href="#id-1-service" id="id-1-service"></a>

1.1. Piteas DAO, develops, operates and provides its proprietary online application known as, “Piteas”, including application programming interfaces (collectively, “Piteas Service”, “Piteas”, or “Service”), that enables you to exchange or trade (“Swap”) Tokens in your digital wallet (“Wallet”) for other Tokens at the best Token prices or rates on select blockchains. You can see the full list of blockchains for which the Service currently supports Token Swaps here <https://app.piteas.io>

1.2. Piteas DAO does not possess or hold any of your Tokens at any time but solely provides an aggregator Service that allows you to view the best rates for Token Swaps on certain third party cryptocurrency decentralized exchanges (each, a “Third Party Decentralized Exchange” or “Third Party DEX”).

1.3. When you click “Swap”, you are using the Service to place an order for Swapping your Tokens into other Tokens and the order is then executed by the applicable Third Party DEXs (each, executed Swap, a “Transaction”). You can see the full list of Third Party DEXs the Service currently connects with here <https://app.piteas.io>

1.4. To use the Service, you will need to connect your digital wallet (“Wallet”) to the Service. You may, at any time, log off your Wallet from the Service. While Piteas DAO uses reasonable measures to protect the security and integrity of the Service and Site, you are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your Wallet (such as, but not limited to, keeping your Wallet locked when not in use). You can see the full list of third party Wallet solutions that you may use with the Service here <https://app.piteas.io>

1.5. The price indicated in the “To” field for the Swap is the price of the Swap at the time you initiate an order for the Swap (“Expected Price”). You understand that due to the volatility of trading cryptocurrencies in the period of time between placing an order for, and executing, that Swap, the price at which the Swap is executed (“Executed Price”) may not be the same as the Expected Price. Piteas DAO does not control the difference between the Expected Price and the Executed Price of any Transaction (“Slippage”). However, the Service dashboard shows you a “Minimum Received” field which is the price below which your Swap order will not be authorized to be executed.

1.6. You acknowledge and agree that Piteas DAO may collect Positive Slippage (as defined below), if any, on each Transaction as consideration for providing the Service. You also acknowledge and agree to pay any fees charged by third parties for each completed Swap, including Third Party DEX fees and “gas” charges. “Positive Slippage” means, with respect to a Transaction, the difference between the Expected Price and the Executed Price when the Executed Price is lower than the Expected Price for that Transaction.

1.7. You acknowledge and agree that Piteas DAO collects a fee for some services, including multi-token swaps.

1.8. You understand that the Service does not facilitate the storage or sending of any fiat currency.

### 2. Pre-Conditions of Use[](https://docs.odos.xyz/resources/policies/terms-of-use#2-pre-conditions-of-use) <a href="#id-2-pre-conditions-of-use" id="id-2-pre-conditions-of-use"></a>

2.1. You acknowledge and agree that your access to, and use of the Service, is subject to the following pre-conditions:

2.1.1. You may not access or use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties or excluded or denied persons, including but not limited to the lists maintained by the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or its Member States, or any other government authority;

2.1.2. You may not access or use the Service in any jurisdiction or country if it would be contrary to the law of that jurisdiction or if it would subject us to the laws of, or any registration requirement in, such jurisdiction;

2.1.3. You may not access or use the Service to violate or contribute to or facilitate any illegal activity;

2.1.4. We reserve the right to implement technical measures to limit the availability of our Service to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion. You must not use any software or networking techniques, including use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN), to modify your internet protocol address or otherwise circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical measures we implement.

2.1.5. You may not to access or use the Service using any technology for the purposes of circumventing these Terms.

### 3. Prohibited Uses[](https://docs.odos.xyz/resources/policies/terms-of-use#3-prohibited-uses) <a href="#id-3-prohibited-uses" id="id-3-prohibited-uses"></a>

Without limiting any other prohibitions in these Terms (including in Section 2), you are prohibited from using the Service, Site or its content:

i. for any unlawful purpose, including using manipulative tactics commonly known as spoofing and wash trading, or gambling;

ii. to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;

iii. to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;

iv. to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

v. to defraud any person or entity, including providing any false, inaccurate, or misleading information in order to unlawfully obtain the property of another;

vi. to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or Site or any third party’s services or websites;

vii. to collect or track the personal information of others; or

viii. to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or Site or any third party’s services or websites.

### 4. Suspension, Restriction and Discontinuation[](https://docs.odos.xyz/resources/policies/terms-of-use#4-suspension-restriction-and-discontinuation) <a href="#id-4-suspension-restriction-and-discontinuation" id="id-4-suspension-restriction-and-discontinuation"></a>

We may suspend or restrict your access to any or all of the features of the Service, and/or block or bar any Transactions of yours conducted using the Service, if:

i. we are so required by a subpoena, court order, or binding order of a government authority, or under any applicable law;

ii. you breach these Terms, including any provisions of Sections 2 or 3; or

iii. we determine to do so for any legal or regulatory reasons at our sole discretion. We may discontinue providing all or a portion of the Service at any time at our sole discretion.

### 5. Authorization[](https://docs.odos.xyz/resources/policies/terms-of-use#5-authorization) <a href="#id-5-authorization" id="id-5-authorization"></a>

By using the Service, including connecting your Wallet and clicking “Swap”, you acknowledge and hereby consent, authorize and direct Piteas DAO to act on your behalf as your agent to:

i. retrieve and display your Wallet information on the Service and disclose such information to relevant third parties to process your order and complete your Swaps;
